Delivery processing time
All orders made before 5pm are delivered on the same day within Nairobi and Its Environs. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or Public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Click and Collect – Pick up from Our Physical Shop
Please await confirmation via call or text notifying when your order is ready for collection. calling or Emailing happens only for customers who have already paid for the items .Communication for the order will be done same day
Outside Nairobi – Next Day via Courier
All Deliveries to be done outside Nairobi must be paid before dispatch of the order. The price of sending the parcel is to be catered for by the customer.
To ensure you receive your order on the next day, please place your order by 3:00pm.
Orders to be sent outside Nairobi will be sent using any of the customers choice of Sacco matatus,G4S,Fargo or any other courier as requested by the customer
However, there might be delays and deliveries may take an extra day to be delivered, between 9am and 4pm.
Special circumstances
For certain products, same day delivery may not be possible. In such situations, we will communicate in good time and you will receive your order the following day.
What can you do to make delivery easier for us?
1. Enter a clear and specific delivery address.

2. Always provide a phone number for the delivery person to call in the event that they require clarification which they can reach you on easily.
For deliveries outside Nairobi with vague delivery details, the Courier team will not be able to deliver and the recipient will be required to pick the items from their offices in the town the item is meant to be delivered to.
